Shawanna is lifelong Floridian from Highlands County and currently resides in Sebring. She joined the Bank as a personal banker in 2000, bringing with her over twelve years’ experience in banking, having worked as a teller, lead teller and assistant branch manager. Lory manages the Trust and Wealth division to help coordinate the diverse services provided. Her management and operations experience gives her the resources necessary to lead a team of professionals offering trust products and services with a high degree of personal attention. Prior to joining Crews Bank & Trust, James held a variety of positions including branch manager, business banker, and mortgage lender. Cristin was already a familiar figure in banking and commercial lending in Collier and Lee counties when she joined the Bank in 2016.

Ben started his career in the Navy as a cryptologist with Naval Intelligence during the Afghan and Iraq Wars. He held a Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance and served aboard two amphibious assault ships (USS Ponce and Nashville), a Destroyer (USS Cole), and a Los Angeles-class submarine (USS Annapolis). Outside of the bank, she supports the DeSoto county community through activities such as 5k runs and DeSoto County Pioneer Days. He chairs the Economic Development, Government Issues and Transportation Committee of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is affiliated with the Venice and Englewood Area Board of Realtors. In addition, he serves on the United Way of South Sarasota County’s Allocation Committee and is also involved with the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce as a mentor of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance, attended the Florida School of Banking and LSU School of Banking.

A Pittsburgh area native, Len moved to Florida in 1985 and spent time at a trio of Sarasota County banks before joining the Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2013. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 while majoring in psychology at the University of Florida. He received his MBA (Master of Business Administration), with concentrations in finance and marketing, from the University of South Florida in 1989. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting the local theme parks and sharing his love of soccer with his son.
Marilyn is a life-long Floridian who enjoys spending time with her husband, Marvin, of over 40 years, and her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and shopping. She has been involved with Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota County since 2002, serving as board chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary.
Prior to joining our Bank, Jennifer worked as a teller supervisor at another financial institution for three years. NMLS # Originally from San Diego, Charlene moved to Englewood in 1999 and began her banking career upon her arrival. Throughout her time at the bank, she has held many positions, most recently as retail branch support, working on special projects and training.
Angie works with new and existing clients, serving as a point of contact, ensuring that trust and investment management is properly administered to her client’s wishes. Her responsibilities include trust administration, retirement planning, investment management, developing asset protection strategies, addressing tax and estate planning issues, and implementing plans to reach clients’ goals. Gloria graduated from DeSoto County High School and South Florida Community College. She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS # ).

A graduate of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2008, Kelly has served on the board of Drug Free Charlotte County. She was an ambassador of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, member of the United Way Impact Panel and vice chair of the Charlotte County Chapter of the American Red Cross. She is a Past President of the North Port area Chamber (2022), and still serves on several committees within the Chamber. When Shirley joined the Bank in 2019, she brought 25 years of experience in Trust and Finance to her new role as a Vice President and Trust Officer. She began her career as a probate paralegal for a prominent Sarasota, Fla., law firm, then served as a Personal Trust Specialist and Trust Officer for a pair of major financial institutions.
